Del Webb Goes Pink - October 9, 2010 at 8 am
This year marks the 3rd Annual Del Webb Goes Pink event! Open to the public, registrants receive a t-shirt and can choose to participate in a 3-mile or 1-mile walk/run to raise funds for breast cancer research. Walk begins at the Sun City Anthem Union Center and walks on the cart paths of the Poston Butte Golf Course. VIEW the event flier! REGISTER online now!
FITT for Life Expo - November 13, 2010 from 11 am - 4 pm
This event is open to the public and is a health and wellness lifestyle event at the Sun City Anthem Union Center parking lot and outdoor area. Event includes health screenings, blood drive, mammograms (by app't), vendors and exhibitors, beer garden, food, FITT Kids Playground and much more! As Compliance Administrator for Anthem at Merrill Ranch it is my job to ensure that the Design Guidelines set forth are being adhered to throughout the Sun City Anthem and Anthem Parkside Communities. The Design Guidelines provide the overall framework to allow the community to develop and progress in an orderly and cohesive manner. The Design Guidelines include minimum standards for the design, size, location, style, structure, material and color of architecture and landscaping and relevant criteria for the construction or modification of all improvements made by any party other than the Declarant. This includes yard art, artifacts, decorative art, security doors, etc. They also establish a process for judicious review of proposed improvements or alterations, however, they are not the exclusive basis for the decisions of the Design Review Committee.
Part time homeowners are encouraged to seek out services to help maintain the look of your landscaping while you are away.
Please remove landscape signs from your yard when landscape is finished.

Any changes you wish to make to the exterior of your home must be submitted to the Design Review Committee prior to the work being finished. Download the Submittal Form.
If you're having work done on your yard, you must have a Work Authorization Permit displayed in the front of your home for the duration of the work. To obtain a permit, please contact the Compliance Administrator, Joy Swanda.

What's New? You can now obtain a parking permit for short term RV parking! RV parking is permitted for 72 hours per calendar month for the purpose of loading, unloading and cleaning. Give me a call or stop by the front desk if you need one.
